Indonesia project order successfully completed production
Recently, the Haloo production workshop has completed the assembly and debugging of a batch of helmet cleaning vending machines. There are a total of 5 devices in this project, which have passed the factory's quality inspection process and will soon be packaged and sent to the customer's site in Indonesia.
Before shipment, the technical team conducted a comprehensive inspection of the equipment, including cleaning system operation testing, equipment stability testing, and overall functional testing, to ensure that each device meets the factory standards and provides reliable support for customers' later installation and operation.

In Southeast Asia, motorcycles are a very common mode of transportation, and helmets are frequently used. Long term wearing of helmets can easily produce sweat odor, bacteria, and hygiene hazards, therefore the market demand for helmet cleaning and disinfection equipment is gradually increasing.
The helmet cleaning vending machine, through an intelligent system, can quickly complete deep cleaning and disinfection of the inside of the helmet, allowing cycling users to use the helmet with more peace of mind and improving the quality of public services.

2. Atomization disinfection: After the disinfectant is atomized by the heating element, it is sprayed into the inside of the helmet through a high-pressure nozzle to clean the deep gaps that cannot be touched by hand
3. Constant temperature drying: Equipped with a temperature controller, it automatically stops when the temperature reaches the standard and restarts when it falls below the threshold, ensuring constant temperature drying within 1 minute to avoid fabric damage
4. Safety protection: Real time monitoring with infrared sensing. If any foreign objects such as arms or helmets enter the work compartment, the equipment will immediately stop running to ensure safe use
